Free USA Shipping on Every Order
Raybloom offers free standard shipping on all orders to the continental United States. No minimum order required. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and typically arrive within 5-8 business days.
Order Processing
- Orders placed Monday through Friday before 2:00 PM EST are processed the same business day.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends are processed the next business day.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Raybloom gear. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unused and in original packaging.
- Items must be returned with all original accessories included.
- Sale or clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return.
How to Return an Item
Email us at info@raybloom.shop with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return authorization and instructions within 24 hours.
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@raybloom.shop. Include photos of the damage and we will send a replacement at no charge.
